Bettina Montjoie – As a consultant and coach, I have many years of leadership and project management experience in large, internationally active family businesses. A professional environment based on value orientation as success factor, has shaped me just as much as my main areas of activity in Business Development, Human Resources and Controlling.

 

In my view, organisational development requires a balanced consideration of hard, measurable factors such as structures, processes and management systems and soft variables, such as values, organisational culture and behaviour. As I see things, only the company-specific recognition of both of these areas enables holistic organisational development. This forms the basis of how I support organisations and customize my coaching activities.

 

In order to incorporate up-to-date insights into my work, I collaborate closely with research and science. I also draw important inspiration both from the extended periods of time I spent living and working in France, the USA and England and from the volunteering activities I have been involved with.
